Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

EXCHANGES ARE ONLY ELIGIBLE ONE WEEK AFTER RECEIVING A PACKAGE. ITEMS MUST NOT BE WORN, TORN, OR DAMAGED. IF THE RETURNED ITEM IS IN GOOD CONDITION, IT CAN BE EXCHANGED AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. NO REFUNDS!

Shipping
SHIPPING USUALLY TAKES BETWEEN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS TO SHIP AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED. THIS IS BECAUSE WE ARE CURRENTLY A VERY SMALL COMPANY. HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS ARE NOT CONSIDERED BUSINESS DAYS.  CUSTOM PURCHASES MAY BE SUBJECT TO AN EXTENDED SHIPPING TIME.
GETTING 1-2 SHIPPING DOES NOT SPEED UP PROCESSING TIME SINCE EVERYTHING IS MADE TO ORDER.
ONCE SHIP YOU WILL RECEIVE IN 1-4 DAYS.
